Job Description

Attorney – Family Law & Estates

Base Salary: $120,000–$180,000 + Quarterly Bonuses
Compensation is flexible and open to negotiation based on your experience

They’re looking for a talented Attorney to join their litigation team, focusing on family law, divorce, and estate planning matters . What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and settlement conferences

  • Prepare motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda with precision

  • Manage a caseload from intake through resolution

  • Communicate consistently with clients and opposing counsel

  • Collaborate on litigation strategy and firm growth initiatives

What You Bring:

  • J.D. and active license to practice law in South Carolina

  • 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in family law or estate planning

  • Excellent courtroom presence and written communication

  • Empathy, integrity, and a client-first mindset
