As a Customer Success Manager at Sojo Industries, you will play a pivotal role in delighting our customers. Your primary responsibilities will be to lead the onboarding and implementation process and the driving value of our packaging and technology products. This role bridges Sojo’s commercial and operational teams, functioning as a advocate for delivering customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Implementation:
• Oversee the seamless onboarding of new customers, ensuring successful implementation and optimal utilization of Sojo's solutions.
• Monitor our CRM system to track and document new projects, ensuring accurate updates and adherence to project timelines.
• Collect necessary onboarding forms from new customers to set up accurate load scheduling and contact information.
• Manage the implementation of new variety packs and perform First Article Inspections to verify product adherence to customer specifications.
• Participate in post-production reviews with Operations and Quality teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Set up new customers and their products (items, packaging, finished packs, Bill of Materials) within Sojo’s operating system.
• Relationship Management & Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, managing the full customer lifecycle.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each customer item, ensuring accuracy and communicating updates to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sojo’s Inventory Managers to ensure accurate and timely distribution of customer reports.
• Timely address customer questions and concerns, escalating to the Operations team as needed, and ensuring complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Operating team's needs for timely disposition of unwanted/unusable customer materials.
• Ability and willingness to travel to support key business projects and client visits across the Sojo network.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Four-year Bachelors degree (preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of customer engagement experience (CPG industry preferred).
• Prior experience in a fast-paced operational environment or startup is a significant plus.
• Self-starter and resilience that will do what it takes to get the job done!
